Is there any cost or obligation if I request an offer?

Do you need information about my house?

We will get any additional information we need about your house at the preview. Because your house was listed and not sold prior to our contacting you, we typically have the information needed. Once an onsite preview has been completed we will have a complete picture and be able to make you a cash offer.

Are there any requirements for you to be able to buy my house?

Yes there are.

1. Your property cannot be currently listed on the MLS or have a realtor involved in our transaction.

2. The value of your property cannot exceed $1.3 million as that is our purchase ceiling.

3. Your property must be either a house or a condo. We do not purchase mobile homes or land.

4. We must be able to rent the property right after purchase.

5. We must meet on zoom or in person before an offer can be made.

Who is the investor buying my house?

Greg Luther is the investor. The Demitri Team is Greg's authorized agent to buy properties in Florida. Greg buys properties through out the United States.
